Who doesn't like Champagne in the summer? Who doesn't like Rose in the Summer. I've been pining for Saces Rose going on 6 weeks now. <BR/><BR/>I always liked to decant 1/2 of the bottle. I found the increased suppleness helped emphasize the floral notes.<BR/><BR/>Not being able to get Saves is killing me. Pa wine laws are a joke.
