• White grits from The Old Mill of Guilford
• Pepper bacon from Gartner's Country Meats
• Two eggs, laid and gathered two days before
• Bollinger 1975 R.D. in magnum, disgorged 20 September 1984
Pertaining largely to champagne, although hardly guaranteed to stay on topic

I think I love you....
I did a search for "porn" + "eggs" + "champagne" and got this.
Kidding. Kinda.
Awesome.

Lest I be given too much credit for this, let me say that breakfast in its entirety was due to the efforts and generosity of my friends Jason and Pete. I only took the photo, and then proceeded to greedily devour the contents of both plate and glass.
Were you out of the 1966?
MR
I think I love Jason and Pete then..
oh swoon, that looks delicious. what do I need to get breakfast in bed delivered?
Yall are my heroes! God bless gluttony and all who partake!
Sue and I were married in 1975 and we suppose our invitation to this particular breakfast must have been lost in the mail :)
Peter,
Perhaps you consider writing breakfast reviews on a regular basis. This one has certainly sparked a fair level of interest! And hunger pangs.
cheers, J David
Such beauty exists on this earth! It's a little overwhelming at times.
Oh, I assumed that since there were only two eggs, you were drinking the magnum all on your own....
Looks almost exactly like my Sunday breakfast, except the bacon was from Rue Cler, the eggs were from Cambell's mama and my Guilford grits were the yellow kind.
I didn't get the Bolli, though.
Oh, and my grits had LOTS of butter (Maple View Farms).
