Your photo of one of the craziest cellars I have ever been in made me suck in my breath really hard...such a cool place, passionate man and truly thrilling wines.
I am an American wine writer living in the Champagne region of France, and this is my personal blog. Professionally, I write and publish ChampagneGuide.net, an online guide to the wines and wine producers of Champagne. I am also a senior correspondent and wine critic for Wine & Spirits magazine, and I write about wine for various other publications as well, such as The World of Fine Wine and the San Francisco Chronicle.

Congratulations, you've reached the most Holiest of CabFranc Temples, and are the first to reveal photos of the Inner Sanctum.
(So, you're now the front runner for 2009 Wine Blog of the Year. A visit to Miani and Gravner would lock this award up!) :)
Talk about authenticity, that photo of Mon. Foucault
looks like it's from the 19th century.

Jack,
I did post photos of the cellar last year. Maybe these are better, though. I do particularly like the first one, which was shot very hastily.
Samantha,
Foucault's cellars are indeed a special place. As you and Ned point out, Nady himself enhances the whole experience.
Fantastic photos, thank you. One of my favorite producers from anywhere.
